Living

I smell the heavy scented sweet air

Humid lush, riot of spring growth

Hourly it seems the leaves grow

Heavier, unfolding

The witness I, rejoicing

Pleasurable knowing

Watching thriving

After long grey winter of resting

Late spring is upon us

Yellow lavender

Tulip lilac

The bees are humming

Petunias flutter

Catch my eye, turn my head

Smile wide

Living
