One time or another we’ve all needed help

If you deny it you’re fooling yourself

Depression, anxiety take root in us all

and hide us from others behind a cruel wall

Bipolar disorder or eating afflictions

some are genetic, some are addictions

Some need more help, some need a nudge

In either case, yours not to judge

God put us here to look after each other

would you turn away if you had your ‘druthers?
